What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Under the unlikely circumstance your order does not arrive, please contact us using the contact page on this website or email us at hello@danziijewellery.com and we will look into it straight away!

What is your return and cancellation policy?

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Please note the following:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Return items back within 21 days of delivery

• Request an order cancellation before item has dispatched

• Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons

• We can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders or items on sale (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How should I care for my Danzii Jewellery?

Sterling Silver can naturally tarnish over time but don’t panic… we’ve got you.

We recommend the following:

• Store your jewellery in a tarnish-resistant pouch/box, or in an air tight container/bag. Please note that gift boxes are not suited for long-term storage.

• Take your jewellery off prior to swimming, bathing and other sports/physical activities.

• Ensure your jewellery has limited contact with sulphur, creams, lotions, water, chlorine, perfume and other chemicals, as it may cause the silver beads and gemstones stones to tarnish quicker

• Polish with a soft cloth frequently to maintain a beautiful shine and to avoid any tarnish build up (a mini polishing cloth is included with every order).

Will my Danzii Jewellery last?

Yes…

• All of our pieces are carefully hand crafted using the finest 925 Sterling Silver and genuine precious and semi-precious gemstones, which will last a lifetime (if taken care of).

• All of our pieces have been made to last and have been tested for durability. We use super strong stretch materials to make our bracelets, ensuring that they keep their shape for longer.

• Our bracelets and rings may become a bit looser over time or with extensive wear and may need to be restrung. We can do this for you for a small fee plus shipping - please contact us for details.

Does my Danzii Jewellery come with a guarantee?

Yes, each piece comes with a 12 month guarantee, giving you piece of mind that should anything happen within those 12 months you can get it repaired free of charge. After the 12 month warranty period, any accidental damage can be repaired or restored for a small fee plus any shipping charges.

Send us a message (including your proof of purchase), and we’ll arrange any repairs for you.

Do you offer gift cards?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All items will arrive in a white eco-friendly gift box and beautifully wrapped with luxury ribbon.

For that extra special touch - we also offer elegant, eco-friendly Danzii gift bags. These are available at the checkout when selecting your shipping option.

We also include a FREE mini polishing cloth with every order to help you keep your pieces looking their best!

Do you offer bespoke sizing options?

Yes, absolutely!

If our standard sizes don’t fit or feel comfortable, we can make our bracelets and rings smaller or larger to suit you.

In order to cover the cost of the any extra materials, there is may be a small fee for this service.

Can I request a bespoke design?

Yes, absolutely.

Please get in touch for a quote and to discuss what you would desire.

Please note: we cannot guarantee we will be able to accomodate bespoke orders during busy seasons but we will do our very best!

How is Danzii being environmentally conscious?

♻️ All of our gift boxes are made from 100% recycled materials, FSC certified*, and they are 100% recyclable.

♻️ All of our boxes can be reused, repurposed or recycled.

♻️ Over 50% of the pretty ribbons that we use for our gift wrapping have been made from wood pulp! These ribbons can also be reused or repurposed too.

♻️ Our ‘thank you’ cards are also 100% recyclable, and we even repurpose leftover pieces of our ribbon to attach our complimentary jewellery cloths!

♻️ Our postal boxes are also FSC certified*, made from 70% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.

♻️ All of our raw materials are sustainably and ethically sourced.

♻️ Our jewellery will last a lifetime if taken care of, but as it’s made from 925 Sterling Silver, it could be recycled if you wanted to!
