General

The Seller is Danzii Jewellery. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy Goods from the Seller.

Goods means any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sale supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of Sale of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion, and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion; no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Seller.

Force Majeure

Danzii Jewellery will not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay or non-performance directly or indirectly due to any cause beyond Danzii Jewellery’s reasonable control including without limitation lack of adequate instructions from the Buyer, Governmental regulations or requirements, Acts of God, unavailability of materials, work stoppages, strikes, slowdowns, boycotts or other industrial action and in such case may wholly or partially suspend shipment of Goods.

Faulty goods

If any goods are found to be damaged on delivery or appear to be faulty please contact us immediately before returning anything. We can then provide a return instructions and a pre-paid return label or code for you to use.

Goods are to be returned by the customer and must be sent by a carrier or postal service of sufficient value cover and in sufficient packaging as to protect the product. In transportation this method must also obtain a signature on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for goods unless or until signed for by authorised personnel of Danzii Jewellery at our named official address by registered post.

Credit card security

We accept all major credit cards with payment being made via a Secure (SSL) interface using Stripe, our payment service provider (PSP).

Credit card numbers are not held on this website. A credit card number will be requested only when within the secure (SSL) area of our Payment Service Provider.

Privacy policy

Danzii Jewellery does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders

b. Administer and enhance the site and service

c. Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.

Law

This contract shall be governed by English Law.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the sale date.

Promotions & Codes

Danzii Jewellery may, from time to time, run promotions with discount codes or gift with purchase promotions. All promotions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated:

The duration of a promotion will be stated and cannot be backdated.

Please note that due to high volume of orders during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we are unable to add to or amend any orders after they have been placed during this time. If you wish to change your order please return and re-order, normal returns Terms and Conditions apply. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Only one promotion will be valid per order, per email address or per delivery address. This includes but is not limited to discount codes, promotion codes, gift with purchase or any other offer. The Terms and Conditions of the promotion will state if a code can be re-used.

Promotion codes and discount codes only valid on full price items and exclude Sale items, Clearance items, Gift Wrap, Gift Cards, and our Breast Cancer Awareness pieces.

Promotion codes via email may be locked to that email address.

Newsletter Sign Up Discount Codes: Codes that were given after signing up for the newsletter are valid for 1 month from the date they were received.

Promotion codes, Discount codes and any other offers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Please note that any promotional codes or offers found on discount websites may not be valid.

Competitions

After any website or social media competition, the winner will be chosen at random and notified by email or social media.

The prize will be posted by royal mail once the winner has acknowledged our contact.

All entrants will be notified if they have been successful or not and given the opportunity to take up an offer from Danzii Jewellery for a limited period.

Only those entrants that have given permission to receive further e-communications from Danzii Jewellery will thereafter receive news, offers and new collection launch e-news.

Sale

All Sale events are subject to the following Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated:

The duration of a Sale will be stated and whilst stocks last.

Sale prices will not be backdated if a product has been purchased prior to the Sale launch.

We are unable to refund the price difference if a product was purchased full price and currently is discounted.

Promotion codes, discount codes and gift with purchase promotions are only valid on full price items and exclude Sale items. Please contact us if you have a discount code that you would like to use on full price products.

Danzii Jewellery does not offer refunds or exchanges on sale products.
