To give you peace of mind, each Danzii piece comes with a 12 month guarantee, so if anything happens within the first 12 months, you can get it repaired free of charge. After the 12 month guarantee period, any accidental damage can be repaired or restored for a small fee plus any shipping charges if necessary.

Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is carefully hand crafted using only the finest materials.

All of our jewellery has been made with 925 Sterling Silver, 18k - 24k Gold Vermeil* and genuine precious and semi-precious gemstones, which will last a lifetime if taken care of.

To keep your jewellery looking it’s best, we recommend the following:

• Store your jewellery in a tarnish-resistant pouch/box, or in an air tight container/bag.

• Take your jewellery off prior to swimming, bathing and other sports/physical activities.

• Ensure your jewellery has limited contact with creams, lotions, water, chlorine, perfume and other chemicals as it may cause the silver beads and gemstones stones to tarnish quicker.

• Polish your jewellery with a soft cloth frequently to maintain a beautiful shine and to avoid any tarnish build up (a mini polishing cloth is included with every order).

About Our Materials

Due to their unique nature, the Gemstones that we use have various markings and some may differ slightly in colour, shape or size. But we think this is what makes them even more special!

We use super strong stretch materials to make our bracelets and rings - to ensure that they keep their shape for longer. However, over time they may naturally become slightly looser and may need to be restrung. We can do this for you for a small fee plus shipping fees.

Sterling Silver can become tarnished over time… but you can easily bring the shine back with a little clean and polish!

Gold Vermeil means that the base metal is always made from sterling silver with a minimum thickness of 2.5 microns of gold. In comparison, Gold plated jewellery is made with any base metal such as copper or brass and it only has a minimum thickness requirement of 0.5 microns of gold.

So… Gold Vermeil is 5x thicker thank your average Gold plated jewellery, and is made to last much longer!
