Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you’re not completely happy, we gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Please note the following:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Return items back within 21 days of delivery

• Request an order cancellation before item has dispatched

• Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons

• We can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders or items on sale (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless they arrive damaged or defective). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
